This tests how leaky your duct work and your heating and cooling system are. The test is done by pressurizing a home’s ductwork and accurately measuring the leakage. There are two types of leakage; one is a leak into conditioned space that is not of concern. The other one is a leak that sends air into unconditioned spaces that hurts your energy efficiency. Even with a house completely finished there are still options for fixing leaky duct work.
